So in order for us and the actors to know when and where we will be filming, we need to have a shooting schedule for us to follow. This enables us to know all the information such as when we are filming, where, which shots and what equipment and props we need as well as who will be at that scene.
We needed to ensure that we could film on days when all of the directors/producers/sound people etc were free so we created a table showing which days we were free at the moment and then had to speak to the actors to ensure that they were able to make it. Without the actor we have no film so its kind of vital they can make it!
With all this in mind, we put together a shooting schedule, telling you when we are filming, what, where and what we need. Oh and not forgetting the actors we need for each day!

So now we have a plan for the shooting schedule we're almost ready to shoot, we need to get the actors permission to use the footage they're in then I think we're ready to shoot!
