In order for us to be able to use the footage including the actors we have asked, we need to get them to sign something called an actors release form.
As you will see bellow, the actors need to sign it themselves and if they are under the age of 18, they must get their parent's permission.
So here is the official forms and the Terms and Conditions they have had to read and agree to in order to sign their lives away (but they don't need to know that...)
Right we have the actors and their parent's permission so we can start preparing to shoot the footage for our short film.
